By the end of the Using Props and Hands-on Adjustments workshop, you will be able to:
- Explain the advantages and disadvantages of using different types of props in asana.
- Perform with correct technique basic yoga postures using a variety of props including belts, bands, blocks, bolsters, stability balls, mini balls, and bosu balls.
- Understand the principles of safely using hands-on adjustments for basic yoga postures.
- Explain the importance of health and safety considerations for using props and hands-on adjustments.
This workshop is ideal for yoga students with an interest in deepening their practice and prospective yoga teacher trainees. This workshop will include some kirtan. Spaces are limited so pre-booking is required.
