The City Yoga 200 Hours Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher Training course will provide you with all the skills and knowledge required to start working as a Yoga Teacher. This course will help you to deepen your own practice and gain confidence so that you can teach, motivate, and inspire others. This training covers the different aspects of Yoga on both the physical and spiritual level to create a comprehensive understanding and give you the very best start as a Yoga Teacher.

This intensive course is every weekday for two weeks with a week off in-between for home-study and practice. Places are limited to 8 on the course to allow us to connect personally with you as we guide and mentor you throughout the course, and smaller groups usually connect with each other better building longstanding friendships.

City Yoga 200 Hours graduates are welcome to attend training days on future City Yoga 200 Hours Teacher Training courses at no additional cost. Graduates are encouraged to attend training days again to deepen their understanding and to refine their practical and teaching skills.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements. It is recommended that you have been regularly practicing yoga with a qualified teacher for a minimum of 2 years although applications will be assessed on a case by case basis. You do not have to be able to do any inversions, arm balances, or advanced postures.

WHAT CERTIFICATE WILL I GET ON GRADUATION?

You will get the City Yoga 200 Hour certificate. City Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance. After graduation, you will be able to use the certificate to register with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher to become a RYT-200. 
 

What is included in the cost?

The course fee covers tuition, the course manual, and the City Yoga Image Pack. There are no hidden fees.
 

What Are The Payment Options?

When booking on or before 28th February 2019:

  • Pay in full: £1,200.
  • Pay in instalments total: £1,200. Pay a £250 deposit, then 5 equal monthly payments of £190.

When booking after 28th February 2019:

  • Pay in full: £1,500.
