Which classes are suitable for beginners?
Beginners are welcome to attend any class they choose. Classes are usually taught with easier versions of the postures progressing to hard variations, so that people can choose how hard they want to work in class. Beginners can stay with the easier versions of the poses and gradually build up to the hard options in their own time.
The Monday and Wednesday evening classes 6-7pm are a gentler class focusing on the basic postures, so it may be useful to try these classes first.
Do I need to book classes?
